I respectfully pray that I may be accepted as a Muslim Noble of the Ancient Nubian Egyptian Order & Arabic Noble of the Mystic Shrine, Inc. and become a member of Al Mahdi Shrine Temple headquartered Mailing at 139 Charles St Suite 171, Boston MA 02114 . If I be found worthy, and my request granted, I promise to conform to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of The International Supreme Council of Shriners, Inc. and the Bylaws and Ceremonies of Al Mahdi Shrine Temple.
